ARCHER, Leslie Douglas Murray (Dougie). Passed away after losing his battle with cancer on the 1st February 2026 aged 63. Dearly loved husband of Sue. Beloved son. Loved father of Daniel, Jason, and Rebecca. Loved brother and brother-in- law. A true mate to many and will be deeply missed. A service to celebrate the life of Dougie will be held Saturday 7th February 11am at the Hibiscus Coast Salvation Army Church, 32 Greenview Lane Red Beach followed by burial at Wainui Cemetery. I have great memories of Doug, & later Megan, coming to our house, on Sundays, while they were at school in Hamilton, & also catching the bus, to Auckland, with them, for leave weekends, at Vauxhall Road.
Thinking of all of Doug´s loved ones at this time, & know David would also, if he was still with us.
