Allen R. Hare

Allen R. Hare, 67, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.

Allen was born Sept. 16, 1956, in Tiffin, to Richard Hare and Barbara (Drew) Schubert.

Allen's survivors include his father, Richard Hare of Tiffin; sister, Veronica Estrada of Tiffin; twin half-brothers, Jay Billings of Sylvania and Jeff Billings of Genoa; three stepbrothers, Dale Gottfried of Sylvania, Larry Gottfried of Tiffin, and Michael Gottfried of Tiffin; and stepsister, Tammy Herrig of Tiffin.

Allen worked as a Tool & Die maker at Atlas and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and also attended Akron University.

Allen was preceded in death by his mother; stepfather, Gene Schubert; and half-sister, Lori Ann Schubert.

There will be no funeral for Allen at this time.

Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin, is assisting family with arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
