Ann Fuerst Obituary
Ann J. Fuerst, 75, of New Riegel, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025. She was born in Findlay, to Bernard and Lois Duryea, April 10, 1950. Ann married Randall Stough, and they divorced. She then married Louis Fuerst, and they also divorced. She is survived by two daughters, Aimee (Brian) Nye of New Riegel and Bethany (Gary Kunkle, Jr.) Stough of Findlay. Ann is also survived by grandchildren, Jessica (Hayden) Hohman, Lindsey Nye, Alexandra (Coty Gregg) Stough, Gavyn Kunkle-Stough, Ashlynn Kunkle-Stough, and Gabe Williams; brother, David Duryea of Findlay; nephew and niece, Brad Duryea and Kim (Ed) Green; and sister-in-law, Ruth Duryea.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Lois Duryea; brother, Thomas Duryea; and grandson, Nicholas Yaeger.
Ann was a 1968 graduate of Findlay High School. She then graduated from Bowling Green Area School of Practical Nursing, Lima Technical College and University of Northwestern Ohio, where she earned her degree in health care administration. Ann worked at several area nursing homes throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling, reading, puzzles and spending time with her dogs, Charlee, Daisy and Brindle.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 21, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, where family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Gardens, East of Findlay.
Memorial contribu-tions can be made in memory of Ann to Cancer Patient Services or FACT of Tiffin.
