Beverley Jane Wott

Beverley Jane Wott, 82, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, Nov. 19, 2022, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey, with her family close by.

She was born Dec. 8, 1939, in Norwalk, to Raymond Charles and Marguerite Ruth (Boehler) Ruess. She married Joseph W. Wott on Oct. 18, 1958, and he preceded her in death.

Beverly's survivors include her sons, David (Laura) Wott of Perrysburg and Douglas (Anita) Wott of Lambertville, Michigan; daughters, Kimberly (Cliff) Moll of Newtown, Pennsylvania, and Tamara (Chris) Loh of Columbus; four grandchildren, Clifford Moll, Christopher (Kaitlyn) Moll, and Kaitlyn (Kelly) Loh Potter, and Renee Wott; brother, James (Jeanette) Ruess of Tiffin; and sister, Ruth Ann Myers of Boykins, Virginia.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Marlene Schwartz.

Beverley graduated from Bellevue High School in 1957 and then graduated from Beautician school. She was a longstanding member of First Lutheran Church and was eager to help organize social events at the church. She was also an avid member of the church's quilting group.

She enjoyed quilting, sewing, baking, playing cards, and collecting Precious Moments. She had numerous jobs throughout her life, most recently as a cook. However, the job she enjoyed most was caring for and loving her family. We were all blessed having her as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.

Friends may visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin.

Beverly's funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, at First Lutheran Church with Pastor Clayton Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
