Brian Carp Obituary
Brian Arthur Carp, 46, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, at Grant Medical Center.
He was born Nov. 27, 1977, in Tiffin, to Arthur L. and Margaret J. (Bogner) Carp.
Brian graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1997. He was employed at Whirlpool Corporation in the paint department for the past 24 years.
He enjoyed playing in fantasy football league and was an avid fan of Ohio State, Cleveland Browns, and Cleveland Guardians. But what gave him the greatest joy was his children.
He is survived and will be greatly missed by his kids, Garrison Carp and Briley Carp, both of Marion; mother of his children, Leslie Carp of Marion; father, Arthur Carp of Marion; three sisters, Kimberly (Walt) Davis of Marion, Tammie (Dennis) Arnold of Tiffin, and Kelly (Tom Oesch) Webster of Tiffin; and his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Kristen, Gracie, Laura, Hunter, and Emma.
Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret J. Carp.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at Snyder Funeral Home, Denzer Chapel, 360 E. Center St., Marion. Brian's funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 251 S. Main St., Marion, Ohio, 43302, with Father Edward Shikina officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
