Lonnie Taylor Obituary
He was a member of the Wolftown Pentecostal Church, retired from MPS in Orange, and
was a Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Odine Taylor; son, Eddie Thomas and wife Michelle of Louisa; grandchildren, Savannah Thomas and friend Dan Stacy, Christa Cassell and husband Matt, Taylor Payne, and Carly Payne; great-grandchildren, Emery and Carter Cassell and Bryleigh Payne.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison with Pastor Jeff Shifflett officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Holly Memorial Gardens in Charlottesville.
