Carla R. Coleman

Carla Rae Coleman, 58, of Lima, peacefully passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, in the comfort of her home with loved ones by her side. She was born July 26, 1964, in Allegany County, Maryland, to Raymond C. and Earletta V. (Fryer) Powers.

Carla graduated from high school and went on to become a STNA where she enjoyed caring for her patients. She loved the outdoors and camping with her family. Carla loved animals, music, and having a cup of coffee with her friend, Trina. Carla had a huge heart and was always willing to help others.

Carla is survived by two sons, Jason (Jennifer) Coleman Sr. of Lima and Raymond (Chelsea) Coleman of Defiance; daughter, Ashley (Donnell) Denson of Lima; 15 grandchildren; brother, Robert (Jenny) Fryer of Cumberland, Maryland; and sister, Tamara (John) Shirley of Cumberland, Maryland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Rae Coleman.

A celebration of Carla's life is being planned on a date to be determined. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), has been entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.huffordfh.com.
