Carolyn Ayers-Latham entered into eternal rest comfortably on1/6/2025, she was 76 years old. She passed away due to a long illness. She raised two children in Gilroy, CA and was active in the Gilroy community for nearly 20 years.
She worked as a waitress in San Jose, CA in the late 60's and early 70's in a restaurant owned by her parents.
Preceded her death were her parents Jim and Audra Latham who both passed away in 1993 in San Jose and her sister Anna who lived in Mississippi and passed away in 2018.
She is survived by her children Danny and Tonya, her only grandchild Audra and her niece Sherrie.
She was born in San Jose on the fourth of July in 1948, she passed away in the city she was born in, raised in and died in, just the way she wanted it to be.
Her greatest love was perhaps her cat that she named Robert.
She loved Rock N' Roll music, her favorites were Rod Stewart, Elvis and The Rolling Stones.
She will be missed by all of those who loved her.
There will be no services for her per her request.
For those who wish to honor her life, a simple prayer will do.
