Charles Paul Dundore

Charles Paul Dundore, 96, of Tiffin, died at 1:48 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2025, at The Willows at Tiffin.

Charles was born March 9, 1929, in Seneca County to Paul G. and Catherine M. (Creeger) Dundore. He married Dorothy A. Sager on November 13, 1948, at Washington Street United Methodist Church parsonage, and she died March 10, 2017.

Survivors include a son, Gary C. (Jan) Dundore of Tiffin; a daughter, Sharon K. (Jeff) Wadelin of Safety Harbor, Florida; five grandchildren, Kristine (Scott) Gottfried, Charles G. Dundore, Matthew (Meaghan) Wadelin, Christopher (Erin) Wadelin and Colin (Amanda) Wadelin; nine great-grandchildren, Trent (Kelly) Dundore, Austin (Charity) Gottfried, Hunter Gottfried, Reece Gottfried, Elizabeth Wadelin, Scarlett Wadelin, Wade Coe Wadelin II, Ensley Wadelin, and Hudson Wadelin; a great-grea-grandson, Ezra Dundore; two brothers, David L. (Beverly) Dundore and Paul J. (Leslie) Dundore both of Tiffin.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, four brothers, and a sister.

Charles was a 1947 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School, was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and Tiffin Kiwanis Club, and he was the Past President of Allen Eiry Senior Center. He was the former owner of and retired from Dundore Plumbing and Heating and was a plumbing and heating contractor.

Visitation for family and friends will be 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 14, 2025. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m., all at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
