Cleo Osborn Obituary
Cleo P. Osborn, 86, of Richfield, Ohio, and formerly of Seneca County, Ohio, died at 5:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Regina Health Care Center, Richfield. She was born September 2, 1938 in Seneca County, to Laymond and Nellie (Rapp) Biller. She married James Osborn on April 16, 1971 and he died November 28, 1989.
Surviiving are the following children, Lacey (David) Zimmer, Sycamore, Linda Sweeney, Medina, and Joe (Kandie) Osborn, Tiffin. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Andrew Zimmer, Jackie Osborn, Thomas Zimmer and Alexandria Sweeney; plus one great grandchild, Chloe Zimmer. Cleo also has five brothers and sisters, Allen Biller, rural Tiffin, Don (Pam) Biller, Melmore, and Linda (Clinton) Nye, rural Tiffin, Penny Osborn, Tiffin, and Janice Distel, Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, London Biller and Bryce Biller; and two sisters, Alma Risner and Barbara Hall; plus her parents.
Cleo was a homemaker and loved to play cards and Yahtzee, do puzzles and loved to do embroidery.
Memorial service for Cleo will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with Pastor Pam Hahn officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, west of Sycamore. Visitation will be from 11-1 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2025, prior to memorial service at the funeral home.
