Danny Gonyer Obituary
Danny Gonyer, 69, of Fostoria, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at St. Catherine's Manor of Fostoria.
He was born January 19, 1956, to the late Robert E. and Pauline M. (Jackson) Gonyer. He married Judy A. Rexrode on June 17, 2000, in Leipsic, and she survives in Fostoria.
Also surviving are five children, Heather (Jeff) Moyer, Fostoria, David (Theresa) Gonyer, Fostoria, Alyssa (Steven) Feucht, Tiffin, Marie (fiancee Tyler Berry) Gonyer, Fostoria and Shelly Kerr, Bucyrus; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Gary Gonyer, Tiffin, Allen Gonyer, Fostoria and William (Chandra) Gonyer, Columbus.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Butch Gonyer.
Danny retired from Whirlpool and was a United States Navy veteran. He enjoyed motorcycles, listening to music, and was a member of Delta Eagles Club. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians.
Visitation is from 11-1 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2025, at MANN-HARE-HOENING FUNERAL HOME, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830, where the funeral service will take place at 1 p.m. with Rita Stewart presiding. Burial will follow at Fountain Cemetery, where military honors will be conducted by United Veterans of Fostoria Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association Northwest Ohio Chapter in care of the funeral home.

I only knew Danny since coming to St.Cathrine's but I would always stop in and say good morning to him. I hope her heard me. He is at peace and will suffer no more. Hugs to all the family.
