Diana Marie Omlor

Diana Marie Omlor, 72, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023, at Tiffin Rehabilitation Center.

She was born Sept. 28, 1951, in Tiffin, to William and Margaret (Elchert) Hoerig. She married James Richard Omlor on May 10, 1975, at St. Mary's Church, Tiffin.

She is survived by her husband, James Richard Omlor; mother, Margaret Hoerig-Jennings; daughter, Corinna "Cori" (Jamey) Baker; brothers, Michael (Theresa) Hoerig, Daniel (Carol) Hoerig, Kevin (Teresa) Hoerig, Christopher (Dawn) Hoerig, and Steven (Lisa) Hoerig; sisters, Cheryl Burns, Teresa (Marty) McQuistion, Nancy Fleming, and Debbie Hoerig; grandchildren, Leanne (Rob) Duling, Larry, Jamie, Reggen, Raylee, and Lane Baker; and seven great-grandchildren with one more due in February.

Diana was preceded in death by her son, Andrew Omor; father; and brothers, Larry and Rick Hoerig.

Diana worked at numerous factories such as Autolite and most recently Taiho Corp. of American before retiring. She attended St. Mary's Church and was a 1969 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon. She was also an avid volunteer at Moose Lodge 846.

Diana's funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9, 2023, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria. Burial will be at Sand Ridge Cemetery, Bascom. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
