Donna Lesh Obituary

Donna Ruth (Keller) Lesh, 85, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on February 17, 2025, she was born on December 13, 1939, in Rockville, Indiana to the late Claude and Frances Angeline (Harris) Keller.

She graduated in 1957 from Clear Creek High School in Huntington County, IN. She received her Bachelor's degree in Education and Library Science from Ball State Teachers College. She then obtained her Master of Arts in Library Science from Indiana University.

Donna married her husband Larry Noel Lesh on June 22, 1963, in Huntington County, Indiana. She was a librarian at Harrison Hill Junior High from 1961-1965. She was also a substitute media teacher for 30 years at Fort Wayne Community Schools and a Homemaker. Donna was an active member of Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Lesh; her children, Karen (Todd) Butler, of Fishers, IN and Stephen (Catherine) Lesh, of Northville, MI; siblings, Claude Keller Jr, J. Marvin Keller, Ethelind Mann and Dolores Wilson; grandchildren, Andrew, Kyle and Haley Butler and Olivia, Luke and Ava Lesh. A Memorial Service will be at Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren at 1:30 PM, on Saturday March 1, 2025. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Beacon Heights Church of the Brethren, 2810 Beacon St, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 or Heifer International Foundation, 1 World Ave, Little Rock, AR.
