Frank Young Obituary
Frank J. Young, 69, of Norwalk, passed away unexpectedly on July 30, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Lynda (Manuel) Young for 37 years.
Born in Norwalk to the late Ernest and Josephine (DeLeo) Young, Frank was a proud member of the Teamsters and worked as a truck driver, bringing his love for the job to everything he did. His infectious sense of humor, kindness, and deep care for others left an impression on everyone he met.
Above all, Frank cherished his family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, always ready to lend a hand or share a story. He is survived by his wife, Lynda; children Alyssa and her partner, Jay, Julia, and Ernest; and granddaughter, Stella, along with honorary daughter, Elizabeth Impy, and honorary son, Ian Daves. His loyal dog, Lucky, was his constant companion.
Friends and family are invited to calling hours on Sunday, August 10, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adopt-a-Dog in Armonk, NY.
