Gerald Risner Obituary
Carol A. Risner, 77, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center and her husband, Gerald "Terry" Risner, 78, passed away on Monday, Jan. 23, 2023, at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center, both as a result of COVID.
Carol was born April 29, 1945, in Tiffin, to John and Rosemarie (Simmons) Picciuto.
Terry was born Nov. 24, 1944, in Wyandot County, to Ernie and Grace (Hamlin) Risner.
Carol and Terry married Sept. 20, 1969. They have two sons, William J. (Sue) Risner of Tiffin and Dr. Randy S. Risner of Georgia, and Terry also has another son, Bobby G. Brown of McCutchenville. They have three grandchildren, Anthony W. Risner, Ashley Risner Guerra, and Alexia Ann Price and eight great-grandchildren. Carol is also survived by her special aunt, Sue Picciuto, and cousin, Jill Picciuto.
At Carol and Terry's request, there will not be any services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Seneca County.
Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin, is assisting family with arrangements.

Have fond memories of Carol and my childhoods together. Sure wish we had stayed that close into adulthood. Condolences to all the kids and grandkids.
