Gillis Riedel Obituary
Gillis P. Riedel, 23, of Tiffin, died at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023, at home.
He was born Sept. 8, 1999, in Marion, to Christopher and Whitney (Clark) Riedel.
Gillis is survived by his sister, Onolea E. Riedel at home; paternal grandparents, Alton and Elsie Riedel of rural Sycamore; aunt, Laura (Steve) Crawford of Sterling, Virginia; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Albert and Dorothy Clark.
Gillis was a general laborer, graduated from Ohio Connections Academy Virtual School, and for hobbies, loved to play video games and build computers.
Gillis' memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with Pastor Brian Odey officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2023, at the funeral home.
