James Morrow Obituary
James D. Morrow, 85, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and formerly of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
James was born June 9, 1938, in Worley, Kentucky, to Mitt Elmer and Ollie (Strunk) Morrow. He married Zola Lucille (Evans) in Tiffin and she preceded him in death. He later married Alice (Ashley) Morrow and she survives in North Port, Florida.
James' other survivors include his children, Rhonda (Daniel) Musgrave of New Riegel, Belinda Morrow of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, and James Dean (Cindy) Morrow Jr. of Fountain, Colorado; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two brothers, Tulie Morrow and Lanny Morrow, both of Tiffin; and two sisters, Betty Walker of Gibsonburg and Janet Dunn of Tiffin.
James retired from Textron in Fostoria after 24 years of hard work and dedication and was a member of Tiffin Freewill Baptist Church. James was an U.S. Army veteran and life-long musician.
James was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Zola (Evans) Morrow; three brothers; two sisters; and grandson, Christopher Culver.
Visitation for family and friends will be 4-7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin. James' funeral will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial will follow services Saturday at Seneca Memory Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Association or Lewy Body Dementia Fund.
