Being miles away, I didn't get to spend a lot of time with John. But the time's I did were filled with laughter and a lot of stories with that gravelly voice I will never forget. Missing him is only part of it, the little things that will be missed as well.

To the John Metzger Family....Though it has been many years since seeing John, vivid memories come floating back of adventures with him and brother Jim during our many-year friendship. A great guy with a great sense of humor and a great outlook on life. So sad to learn of his passing. R.I.P. John...and it's comforting to know that you now will be sharing time with brother Jim, whom you sincerely missed!
