Kathy A. Hough

Kathy A. Hough, 73, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at her home.

Kathy was born Jan. 27, 1951, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to Oscar and Jonnie (Carter) Connell.

Kathy's survivors include her mother, Jonnie Connell of Lafayette, Indiana; two daughters, Sarah (Stephen) Sheridan and Amanda (Tony) Smith, both of Tiffin; five grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmie Connell of Lafayette, Indiana, and David Connell of New Tazewell, Tennessee; and two sisters, Sue Hinman of Monon, Indiana, and Diane Thompson of Lafayette, Indiana.

Kathy worked as a caregiver at the Woodlands at Sunset Senior Living in Ottawa Hills. When she wasn't working, she was raising her children and grandchildren. Kathy was a 1969 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School.

She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Connell.

There will be no services at this time for Kathy. There will be a celebration of Kathy's life at a later date in Indiana.

Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin, is assisting family with arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
