Kenneth John Keiser

Kenneth John Keiser, 85, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023.

He was born April 19, 1938, in Toledo, to Reuben and Elma (Guillaume) Keiser. He worked for many years as a longshoreman. Kenneth also owned and operated Turtle Point Marina and Campground. He enjoyed fishing, golf, and riding his motorcycle in his early years and his scooter in his later years.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Kim (Richard) Parman, Ronald (Laura) Keiser, Kathy (Rodney) Hall, Raymond (Debby) Keiser, Karol (Richard) Symons, Richard (Lyn) Keiser, Kristine (Andrew Nagypaul) Keiser, Robert Keiser, and Kelly (Glen) Lorah; 23 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rueben and Elma; sister, Ann; brother, Donald; great-granddaughter, Nora; first wife, Sharon; and second wife, Linda.

Visitation for family and friends will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023, at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd., Oregon. Kenneth's funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Foundation.
