Lorraine Meisner Obituary
Lorraine Teresa Skokane Meisner, 94, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022, at The Willows of Tiffin.
She was born May 30, 1928, in Chicago, Illinois, to Teresa (Durante) and John Skokane. She was the youngest of sisters, June (Woods), Shirley, and Eleanor, who all preceded her in death.
After graduating from Calvert High School in 1946, Lorraine went to work at The JJ Fleck Company, where she stayed for the next 53 years.
In 1947, she married Jack Meisner, who preceded her in death in 2012. She is survived by two children, Marilyn (Meisner) Stalsworth of Tiffin and Thomas (Lynette) Meisner of Indiana; two grandchildren, Danielle Droll and Samantha (Justin) Pardi; and three great-grandchildren, Morgan, Jackson, and Dylan Pardi.
Lorraine enjoyed traveling with Jack in their RV. They also had a residence in Arcadia, Florida.
There will be no services or visitation. Burial will be at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Seneca County.
