Marguerite Kayser Obituary
Marguerite A. "Peg" (Klein) Kayser, 90, of Toledo and formerly of Tiffin, died Sunday, May 5, 2024, at her residence.
Peg was born June 6, 1933, in Columbus, to Harold E. and Alma (Lonsway) Klein. She married Karl "Jay" Kayser on June 14, 1952, in Tiffin, and he survives.
Peg's other survivors include four sons, Timothy (Debbie) Kayser of Oregon, Ohio, Donald (Margie) Kayser of Toledo, Matthew (Cindy) Kayser, of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Daniel Kayser of Ashville, North Carolina; two daughters, Nanette (Rod) Drew of Temperance, Michigan, and Janette (Dennis) Schell of Maumee; 16 grandchildren, Jason, Matt, Kevin, Erika, Kirk, Kristen, Kyle, Scott, Terry, Iris, Jacob, Anna, Kalani, Kekoa, Katie, and Audrey; many great-grandchildren; brother, James Klein of Cincinnati; and two sisters, Mary Jolene Smith of Tiffin and Jean Lutes of New Riegel.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Peg was a 1951 graduate of Calvert Catholic High School, a homemaker, the Putnam County Director of the American Cancer Society for 11 years, and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Services will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
