Martina Pedroza Obituary
Martina M. Pedroza, 84, of Detroit, Michigan, passed away at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at her home.
She was born October 15, 1940, in Pharr, Texas, to the late Guadalupe and Apolonaio (Perez) Mora.
Surviving are children, Santiago Pedroza Jr., Detroit, David Pedroza, Detroit, Michael Pedroza, Fostoria, Lauri (Jose Luis Perez) Pedroza, Fostoria and Lisa Pedroza, Dearborn Heights, Michigan; grandchildren, Nicholas (Reem) Pedroza, Javier Palestino, Jasmine Palestino, and Andrew Perez; and sister, Regina Custer, McClure.
She was also preceded in death by several siblings and an infant grandchild, Jahaira Pedroza.
Martina was a homemaker and had worked at Napco Plastics, Napoleon. She had been a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, Hamler, and attended St. Wendelin Catholic Church while residing in Fostoria.
Matina was a faith-filled woman. She dearly loved her family.
Visitation is from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2025, at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, OH 44830, where a Vigil will begin at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Mass is at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2025,at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria. Burial will follow at St. Wendelin Parish Cemetery. A funeral lunch will then take place St. Wendelin Parish Hall.
Memorials are suggested to American Heart Association.
