I am Peggy Elchert, Steve’s twin sister. Particularly in the last couple of years, Steve & I have been able to spend a good amount of time together, going out to eat & just kicking-back in his living room listening to his beloved 60s & 70s Gold Rock n Roll hits. He truly treasured our well-spent hours together. Enjoying each other’s company.
But now he’s living a life of unbelievable happiness & joy that he’s not known in his lifetime. He is in the very best of all places.
