Michael Joseph Ranker

Michael Joseph "Mike" Ranker, 69, passed away at his home in Tomball, Texas, with his loving wife by his side after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's.

Michael was born April 18, 1954, in Tiffin, to Mervin "Doc" and Joanne Ranker. His mother preceded him in death.

Michael is survived by his father; wife, Deborah, whom he married May 2, 2010, in Dallas, Texas; two sons from a previous marriage, Aaron and Mathew; grandson, Ian; two sisters, Cindy (Dean) Distel and Becky (Tim) Adams; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Mike will always be remembered as a kind and gentle soul who loved unconditionally.

There will be no visitation.

Mike's funeral will be private and scheduled at a later date.

I used to work with Mike when he lived here in Ohio and he was a dear friend .
We worked well together and he was fun to be around . I am sorry about Mikes passing and am praying for the family. I will miss Mike and am saddened by this.
I have good memories of Mike and will hold on to them. Again my prayers to the family.
