Miles R. Baxter

Miles R. Baxter, 46, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024.

He was born July 11, 1978, in Flagstaff, Arizona, to the late Dr. Robert W. and Katherine (Reigle) Baxter.

Survivors include his sister, Leah (Steve) Bechtol of Ashland; and nephew and nieces; Wyatt, Mira, Hadley and Hazel.

Miles was a 1997 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and received a bachelor's in psychology from Bowling Green State University. He lived in Idaho and Wyoming for several years, before returning to Tiffin to care for his parents. He was a counselor but his favorite job was working at Yellowstone National Park for several years. Miles had a great love for the outdoors and National Parks, was an excellent brother, son and friend and was loved by his nieces and nephew.

His Funeral will be at 12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Katie Treadway officiating. Friends may visit with the family at 11 a.m. until the time of the service Friday at the Church.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
