Nancy Irene Kuhlman

Nancy Irene Kuhlman, 84, passed away Friday, June 13, 2025, at her home.

Nancy was born July 20, 1940, in New Riegel, to Virgil and Audrey (Spitler) Schlachter. She first married Robert E. Kuhlman on November 25, 1961, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Frenchtown, and he preceded her in death May 17, 1974. She later married Donald R. Kuhlman on February 20, 1976, and he survives.

Survivors include son, Bryan (Susan) Kuhlman of Carey; daughters, Karen (Keith) Halcomb of New Riegel and Beth Snyder of Carey; son-in-law, Matt Noftz of Carey; grandchildren, Paige (Andrew) Mack, Morgan (Brad) Smith, Brooke (Nick Militello) Noftz, Cole Noftz, Tyler Halcomb, Shane (Hailey) Halcomb, Lily (Evan Duda) Snyder, Hayes Snyder, Hope Snyder, Leah, Jarod, and Cade Kuhlman; great-grandchildren, Brynn and Haven Mack, Adrie Smith, and Audrey Militello; sister, Faye (Laron) Baker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert "Bobby" Kuhlman; daughter, Joanie Noftz; sister, Alice Smith; and brothers, Clair, Keith, and Glen Schlachter.

Nancy was a member of All Saints Parish, graduated from New Riegel High School in 1958, and from Ohio Institute of Business in 1960. She was a long-time school treasurer, first at New Riegel Local Schools and then at Elmwood Local Schools.

Nancy enjoyed watching her grandchildren in all of their school events, going on Casino trips, and hosting family holiday gatherings.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.

Private burial will take place at St. Nicholas Cemetery in Frenchtown.

Memorial contribu-tions may be made to Bridge Hospice or All Saints Parish.
