Norma Thompson Obituary
Norma J. (Bergstedt) Thompson, 69, of Fostoria, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023, at ProMedica Bay Park Hospital in Oregon, Ohio.
She was born Feb. 14, 1954, in Fostoria, to Lawrence and Mary (Rinehart) Bergstedt.
Norma is survived by a daughter, Melissa Davis of Fostoria; two grandchildren, Haley and Charlie Davis; and siblings, Don (Kitty) Bergstedt of Fostoria, Joe (Carol) Bergstedt of Findlay, Rose (Dave) Lucius of Tiffin, and Roger Bergstedt of Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bob (Marge) Bergstedt; and sister, Joyce Lewis.
Norma was a bartender at the former Doug's Tavern in Fostoria and worked at Circle K in Fostoria for many years. She enjoyed crocheting anything especially blankets. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
There will be no services at this time. A memorial will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested to The Arthritis Foundation for the benefit of her grandson, Charlie.

Norma was the person who introduced me to Ripple and Boonesfarm wine, lol, i remember going to the one reservoir in fostoria and that is when i took my drink of these two wines, lol, loved her, she was a good friend to me and i will always remember her.
