Norman Young Obituary

A very gentle soul. He preferred to have everyone call him by his middle name "Dale" (Norman Dale Young). He is remembered by some as the singer in the folk music goup "Patchwork". Always working on electronic music recordings on his computer for the purpose of producing "healing sounds" he would occasionally give tapes or CDs to persons he thought might benefit from hearing them. Dale also loved creating virtual landscapes of fantastic worlds using CGI that he would sometimes merge with his music creations for a total audio-visual experience. Dale loved all things Native American and occasionally referenced his part Cherokee distant ancestry. His affiliations included a diverse community of individuals, including many Christians in the Tiffin, Ohio area. Dale was the kindest and empathetic individual anyone might care to know and if he called you his friend, you were honored and now, miss him greatly. Love and Peace dearest friend.
