Shirley Dimple Chambers King, age 79 of Lexington, AL passed away Saturday October 18, 2025 at home. She was a native of Lauderdale Co, AL, a retired supervisor from Seasons 2, and of the Baptist faith. She loved everyone with her whole heart and never met a stranger. Shirley got much enjoyment playing games with family, thrift shopping and Alabama Football. Never missing an opportunity to share “Roll Tide”. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Tuesday October 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Jeff Cruse and Ethan Gibson will be officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery . Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday October 20, 2025 at Loretto Memorial Chapel .

Son- Larry Glenn King & wife Nancy “Stell” Lexington, AL
Grandson- Dusty King & wife Ella St. Florian, AL
Sister- Snow Howard Rogersville, AL
Brother in law- Ronnie King & Wife Betty Jo Lexington, AL

Parents- Aubrey & Lillie Mae Wilson Chambers
Husband- Larry Earnest King
Daughter- Libby Jan Head
Granddaughter- Baylee Nicole Head
Sisters- Betty Stark & Dorothy Foust
Brothers- James Chambers & Dewey Chambers
Parent in laws- Arnold “Bud” & Elizabeth King
Pallbearers will be- Colt Balentine, Kerry Lash, Chris Bolen
