Patsie Edna Krzyzak
Patsie Edna Krzyzak, 83, of Tiffin, gained her angel wings Monday, July 25, 2022. Patsie was born Oct. 14, 1938, in Tiffin, to the late Wade and Edna (Beard) Collins. She married William (Bill) Krzyzak in 1957 and had four children. Patsie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Krzyzak; daughter, Aleisha Brickner; and brother, Edwin Collins.
Patsie is survived by three of her four children, Bill (Barb) Krzyzak of Tiffin, Tish (Mark) Donalson of Plain City, and Tammy (Ibrahim) Al Sultan of Findlay; grandchildren, William (Mackenzie) Krzyzak, Iasha Al Sultan, Brittany (Josh) Gillespie, Mackenzie Donalson, and William and Zachary Brickner; six great-grandchildren; and cat, King, whom she loved dearly.
Patsie had an unwavering faith in the Lord and it grew strong over the years as she was a devout Christian. Her faith and kindness kindled many relationships and blessings. She always had a pot of coffee brewing and her door was always open to anyone as it was not uncommon to have visitors until early in the morning conversing at the kitchen table. Over her many years, she served as a girl scout leader, PTO President, participated in Mother's Club, and attended many Bible studies. She had a knack as a seamstress and spent hours making clothes, altering majorette, band uniforms, and prom dresses, and loved making Barbie clothes. She was a committed mother and supported the integration of children with special needs being transitioned into regular classrooms for many years. She and her husband, Bill, also served as part-time house parents at Seneca County Children Center where they became second parents to many.
Special thanks to Stein Hospice, especially Lori, Betty, Wendy, Cindy, Carrie B, Dawn, Angelina and Emily, who were actively involved in her daily care, to everyone at Randall Residence especially Megan, Shonda, Rhonda, Jenny, the many awesome aides, and Wes. She truly loved living there as it felt like home to her. She had so many wonderful friends who were her extended family, Dee, Steve, Linda M, Eileen, Betty, Lynn, Chris, Mark, Karen, Dan, Sandy, Ron, Linda K, Anastasia, Dani, Linda Y, and Jordyn. She loved getting together monthly with the ladies to celebrate birthdays and enjoyed sitting outside spending time and sharing stories with her neighbors.
