Graveside Services for Paul Kirkley Hale, 90, of Flint, TX, will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Noonday Cemetery with Pastor Ross Worley officiating under the direction of Jackson's Burks Walker Tippit Funeral Home. Paul passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in Tyler.
Paul was born August 11, 1934, in Tyler, TX to Olan and Florence Hale.
Paul graduated from Chapel Hill High School. He served in the United States Armed Forces from 1957-1959 as a PFC infantry radio mechanic and sharpshooter. He later served as a reserve for 4 years. Paul owned and operated H&M Alignment for 25+ years. After retirement, he was a jack of all trades. Paul enjoyed spending time with family and friends, deer camp, fish fries, mowing on his tractors and dirt work.. all while tinkering with the occasional vehicle.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and Dolly Gibson Hale, spouse of 67 years.
Paul is survived by his daughter Paula Davis and husband Bobby of Flint, son David Hale and wife Mary of Flint, grandson Cameron Holley and wife Candice of Tulsa, Oklahoma, granddaughter Lindsey Holley Newburn and husband Gary of Bullard and great-grandsons Waylon and Quentin Holley. Also survived by brothers Glenn Turman Hale, Sonny Hale, sister Betty Hale Wood and sister-in-law Mamie Gibson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Blackmon, Jimmy Blackmon, Kenneth Tompkins and Dewayne Cooper.
Visitation is scheduled from 5:30 – 7:30 pm on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Burks-Walker-Tippit Funeral Home.
