Phyllis Baker Obituary
Phyllis A. Baker, 82, of North Canton and formerly of Willard, passed away Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, at her home in North Canton.
Phyllis was born Oct. 6, 1941, in Attica, to Raymond and Doris (Williams) Ritz. She married Loren L. Baker on May 20, 1962, in Attica, and he survives in North Canton.
Other survivors include her daughter, Jackie (Brian) Bachtel of North Canton; two grandchildren, twins Gabrielle and Garrett Bachtel; brother, Dr. Stephen (Devera) Ritz of Bellville; sister, Lois Hicks of Palm Harbor, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
Phyllis retired from MAPA/Pioneer in Willard and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Willard and St. Stephen Martyr Lutheran Church in Canton.
Private family services will be at Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home, Bloomville. Burial will also be private at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Willard.
