Richard Frazier Obituary
Richard D. Frazier, 95, of Carey, died Aug 28, 2022, at his residence. Richard's funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022, at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, with Pastor Ed Hunker officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery near Upper Sandusky, where Carey Honor Guard will conduct military graveside services. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
