Ronald Marker Obituary
Ronald A. Marker, 73, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital.
Ron was born February 7, 1951, in Tiffin to the late Harry Arthur and Gurtha (Ringle) Marker.
Survivors include his daughter, Robin (Brian) Barnett of Willard; son, Bill (Becky) Marker of Porter, Texas; brother, Gerald Marker of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; sister, Barbara Houck of Tiffin; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and other family and extended family members.
Ron was an avid Michigan fan and loved fishing and spending time with his family and friends and going to the Tiffin Eagles. He enjoyed telling stories about his careers as a sand blaster, masonry worker, paint crew worker and bartender.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents; the love of his life, Peg Davis; and a brother, Kenneth Marker.
Funeral services for Ron will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. There will be no burial at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made to University of Michigan or to Tiffin Eagles.
