Sara Coursin Obituary

Sara A. Coursin

Sara A. Coursin, 37, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Dec. 18, 2022, at Firelands Regional Medical Hospital, Sandusky, from a pulmonary embolism.

Sara was born Nov. 7, 1985, in Tiffin, to William and Kristina (Kinzey) Williams. Sara married Chad Coursin in 2009. They have two children, Katherine Coursin and James Coursin, whom she loved so dearly.

Sara is survived by her father; stepmom, Barbara Williams; three brothers, Gregory (Jennifer) Williams, John Williams, and Billy Williams; sister, Amanda Rhodes; sister-in-law, Christie Seese; and special friend and bonus mom, Amy Roth, whom Sara was very thankful for and loved very much. Mama Kitty is a beloved pet that brought so much joy to Sara and her family.

Sara was preceded in death by her mother, Kristina (Kinzey) Williams; maternal grandparents, John and Charlene Kinzey; and paternal grandparents, William and Viola Williams and James and June Buckner.

Sara was a 2005 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and studied at University of Toledo. She worked at Firelands Hospital and Cedar Point, where she met Chad. She loved being a stay-at-home mom to her children. Sara was an avid bargain shopper, enjoyed research, and was generous to share her finds with friends.
