Sharon Reinhard Obituary

Sharon Kay Reinhard

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Sharon Kay Reinhard, 75, of Fostoria. Sharon passed Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, surrounded by family.

Sharon was born Dec. 18, 1949, to Miles "Merlin" Ingram and Joyce (Long) Ingram.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Nolan Charles Reinhard; sons, Miles (Jan) Reinhard and Max (Cory) Reinhard; grandchildren, Madison (Josh) Bender, Brock (Allison) Reinhard, Miranda Reinhard and Morgan Reinhard; great-grandchild, Colson Bender; sister, Chandra Ingram (Eric Rosenbaum); nephew, Gary Rosenbaum; and many loving friends and extended family.

Sharon is proceeded in death by her parents, Miles and Joyce Ingram.

Sharon was a class of 1967 graduate of Fostoria High School. After graduation, she attended Automated Institute of Columbus. She later received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Findlay. Sharon was a lifelong learner who valued expanding her knowledge and mind. Sharon spent most of her professional career at Atlas (later Cummins) as a Purchasing Manager.

Sharon spent the last 20 years retired, living life to the absolute fullest. She was happiest when spending time with her loved ones. She was a world traveler whose favorite destination was Lisbon, Portugal. She was an avid reader and a talented artist who loved to paint.

Sharon and Nolan owned a lake house in Northern Michigan where she loved waking up in the mornings with her family. She enjoyed sipping her morning coffee with a waterfront view to see the sun rise and set on.

Sharon will be remembered as someone who made everyone around her feel loved and valued. She was classy, yet warm and approachable. She loved hosting parties, and her energy lit up every room she entered. Whether it be a party at her pond, or Christmas Eve at Valley Creek Lodge, she was a great hostess who made sure everyone felt welcome and included. To know Sharon was to love Sharon.

The family appreciates the love and support received during this difficult holiday season.

Memorial visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2024, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, 301 W. Tiffin St. Fostoria, OH 44830.

Nolan and family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I didn't know about this until last night (friday) and to say the least, I was kind of in shock. I wish I could have paid my respects. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss. Thinking of all of you and all of Jim's friends. (Cheech)
