Please accept my sincere condolences to the Holthouse family. He was my teacher, my coach and my boss when I was a driver for the produce company. He was an outstanding basketball coach and he was one of the reasons that I became a coach in my career. I have much respect and admiration for this good man. Rest In Peace, my friend.
