Susan Mizen Obituary
Susan Elaine Mizen, 66, of Tiffin, passed away at 2:24 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
She was born Jan. 14, 1958, in Fremont, to Edward and Donna (Lee) Carter.
She married Robert Norville in 1973 and he preceded her in death. She later married Jim "Punk" Mizen in Aug. 2009, later divorced, and he survives.
Susan's other survivors include three sons, Robert Norville Jr., Timothy (Faith) Norville, and Terry (Veronica) Norville, all of Tiffin; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Troy Carter of Tiffin and Tracy Carter of New York; and sister, Darlene Ward of Tiffin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, John and Edward "Ted" F. Carter.
Susan was a homemaker and had jobs in healthcare. Among many other things, she loved to help take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed attending their activities. She will be missed for her great conversations and wonderful cups of coffee in the kitchen while sitting at her table.
Visitation for family and friends will be 12-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-3113.
Memorial contributions may be made to F.A.C.T. (Financial Assistance for Cancer Treatment).
