Susan A. Stone

Susan A. Stone, 68, of McCutchenville, passed away unexpectedly at 10:26 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2023, in the emergency room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky.

Susan was born Oct. 11, 1954, in Upper Sandusky, the daughter of Robert and Louise (Whitman) Markley. She married Edward E. Stone Sr. on Sept. 24, 1977, and he survives.

Susan is also survived by five children, Tonya M. Stone of Upper Sandusky, Edward E. Stone Jr. of Carey, Amanda J. (Anthony) Nedolast of Grove City, Jacob Z. (Miranda) Stone of McCutchenville, and Abigail L. Geiser of Carey; six grandchildren, Chelsey, Lucas, Allyson, Evelyn, William, and Emberly; and two sisters, Roberta (Charles) Berry of Big Island and Pamela Daiber of Nevada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and son in-law, Jarrod Geiser.

Susan graduated from Wynford High School in 1972. She spent most of her working years at the former Blackhawk in Upper Sandusky. She had a love of animals, especially poultry and going to auctions.

At Susan's request, there will be no visitation or service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot Memorial Hospital and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey.
