Thomas Steinmetz Obituary
Thomas P. Steinmetz, 75, of Bucyrus, died Monday, June 19, 2023, at his residence under the care of Avita Hospice.
He was born May 22, 1948, in Tiffin, to John and Donna (McGowan) Steinmetz. He graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School and worked at The Timken Company for many years.
Thomas is survived by four children, Amy (David) Abdeen, Cory (Stephanie) Steinmetz, Patrick (Alece) Steinmetz, and Andrea (Jason) Hoopes; longtime girlfriend, Lori Songer; siblings, Janet (Ken) Stahl, Lynn (Don) Warwick, and Dan (Jenny) Steinmetz; sisters-in-law, Gail Steinmetz and Julie Steinmetz; and seven grandchildren.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Joe, Phil, and Dennis Steinmetz.
Per Tom's request, no services will take place.
