Survived by Wife, Billie Jean, Brother, Joseph Andrew; Brother in laws, Bob Lunsford, Stanley Hahn, Harry Wachsman and Joseph Noeth; Sister in laws Rose Andrew, Lois Jones and Connie Noeth. Preceded in death by Sisters in law, Virginia Mees, Donna Lunsford, Rose Hahn and Laverne Andrew. Preceded in death by Brother, Nathan Andrew and brother in law, Louis Mees. Survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.


Jesse served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Giessen Germany as a Colonel's Driver and was called back to duty during the Berlin crisis.


Jesse supported and held offices in various organizations throughout his life including; Past President of the Caledonian Society of Cincinnati; State and Local Past President of the SAR; Commanding Officer of the Losantiville Highlanders; Drum Major of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Pipes & Drum and Member of Kentucky Scottish Weekend for 30 years.


Jesse Loved traveling with his wife, Billie, loved his cars and he loved life to the fullest.

Visitation will take place at the Radel Funeral Home on Friday March 21, 2025 from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 22, 2025 at 10am at the funeral home.
