John "Jack" Jerry Ford, of Union, Kentucky, was born November 13, 1948, and passed away March 21, 2025. He was Catholic by faith and was a member of Cathedral Basilica of Assumption in Covington.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy L. Ford, of Union, Kentucky; a daughter, Mrs. Nina (Joel Travis) Berkley, of Prospect, Kentucky; and granddaughters, Hannah Mae Berkley and Megan Leslie Berkley, both of Prospect, Kentucky.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, donation in Jack's name may be made to Norton Children's Hospital NICU in Louisville.
Visitation will take place Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 10:30 am until 11 am. Mass will immediately follow at Cathedral Basilica of Assumption 1140 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011.
A Celebration of Life will be hosted by Jack's family in the following weeks, personal invitations to come from his family.
