Judy Carolene Conner, 80, of Lubbock was born November 18, 1944 in Brady, TX to Manuel Lee Hogan and Annie Pearl (Hudson) Hogan. She married Tommy Leon Conner March 20, 1965 in Lubbock. Tommy went to be with the Lord, June 5, 2013 after 48 years of marriage. Judy enjoyed traveling so much, she was able to visit all 50 states of the United States. Judy's biggest hobby was taking and sorting pictures. With these pictures, Judy made personalized calendars for each family with birthdays, anniversaries and pictures, every year for Christmas.
Judy went to be with the Lord Monday, February 17, 2025. Her parents: Manuel & Annie Hogan, husband: Tommy Conner, Sr., son: Rickey Conner, great-granddaughter: Miranda Conner, great-grandson: Kalix Conner, and 9 siblings: Francis, Fay, Tootsie, Wayne, Dwayne, E.J., Roy, Floyd, & Art were all waiting at Heaven's gate for her.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children: Tom Conner, Jr. of Houston, Lynda Vanier of Lubbock and Kriss & Eric Morrow of Shallowater. 11 grandchildren: Brandon, Caley, Colton, Amber, Chase, Ashlie, J.D. "Jerry", Tony, Nathan, Dusty and Deric. 18 great-grandchildren: Emma, Cason, Easton, Anson, Jesse, James, Anika, Fiona, Rae, Jackson, Addison, Emmett, Owen, Blaine, Skyler, Harley, Gaige and Kody. 7 great-great-grandchildren. Her brother: Charles Hogan of Hickory, North Carolina. She also has an abundance of Nieces and Nephews.
Viewing will be from 6 to 9pm Friday, February 28, 2025 at Wilsons' Funeral Directors Chapel in Wolfforth, TX. Services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, March 1, 2025 in the same chapel with Pastor Gary Douglas officiating. Burial will follow at the Abernathy Cemetery under the care of Wilsons' Funeral Directors of Wolfforth.
