Guy K. Dines

Guy K. Dines, 64, of Tiffin, died at 5:56 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2026, at his residence. He was born September 6, 1961, in Bennettsville, South Carolina, to Glen and Annie (Bryant) Dines.

He is survived by six daughters, Nicole (Matt) Smith, LaTashsa (Mark) Lovell, both of Sandusky, Veronica Dines of Fostoria, Shanta (Landon) Dines, Shamika Dines and Audrey Dines, all of Tiffin; 11 grandchildren, Tatiyana, Joey, Davon, Aysiah, Darius, Keyo, Justice, Ari'yanna, A'Laia, A'karrah, and Bobby; three great-grandchildren on the way; three brothers, Glenn (Yvonne) Dines Sr. of High Point, North Carolina, Ricky (Catherine) Dines of Raeford, North Carolina, Nick (Mary) Dines of Bennettsville, South Carolina; three sisters, Mamie Kelly of Washington D.C., Dorothy (Willie) Harrison of McColl, South Carolina, and Christine (Earl) White of High Point, North Carolina; many nieces and nephews; and his best friends, Champ and Lorenzo who also reside in Tiffin.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Harvey and Pearl Bryant, two grandsons, Ka'von and Zy'ierre.

Guy received his education in the Guilford and Marlboro County School systems in South Carolina. He had retired from Budd Company (CSP) in Carey. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards with his friends, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Friends and family may visit from 2-3 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026, at TRAUNERO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 214 S. Monroe St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883 (419) 447-3113. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m., officiated by Pastor Duval Harris. Burial will take place in South Carolina.
