Marcia Vassalle Obituary
Marcia Vassalle, 81, of Clyde and formerly of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday morning, Feb. 27, 2024, at Clyde Gardens.
She was born May 5, 1942, in Toledo, to Harley and Harriett (Riley) Jacobs. Marcia married Richard A. Vassalle on Aug. 13, 1966, in Port Clinton, and he preceded her in death Oct. 24, 2003.
Marcia's survivors include her sons, Joseph (Estella) Vasalle of Tiffin, Richard J. Vassalle of South Carolina, Dominic (Diane) Vassalle of Fostoria, Patrick Vassalle of Sandusky, Antonio (Lori) Vassalle of San Juan Capistrano, California, Michael (Raquel Fry) Vassalle of Fostoria, and Timothy Vassalle of Tiffin; daughters, Mary (Richard) Bridinger of Bloomville, Annette (Randy) King of Republic, and Torrie (Dave Wise) Stahl of Tiffin; brother, Jerry (Roberta) Jacobs of Eagle, Idaho; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Vassalle; and brother, Harold Dean Jacobs.
Marcia was a 1960 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Eagles #402, VFW Post 2858, and life member of Amvets Post 48.
Services will be private and entombment will be at Seneca Memory Gardens.
Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
