Robert F. White Jr.

Robert F. "Bob" White Jr., 86, of Tiffin, passed away Monday, Aug. 12, 2024, at Elmwood at the Shawhan.

He was born Oct. 31, 1937, in Carey, to Robert F. Sr. and Helen (Kidwell) White. Bob married Harriett Kuhn on March 30, 1957, and she preceded him in death Feb. 25, 2019.

Bob's survivors include his sons, Daniel S. White of Hudson and Michael A. White of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother, Dennis White of Tiffin; and sisters, Peggy of Perrysburg and Alice of Florida.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Gail; and brother, Ronald White.

Bob was a 1955 graduate of Carey High School and attended Bowling Green State University. He worked at Worthington Steel for 13 years and in sales at Webster Mfg. for 33 years, retiring in 1989.

Bob's funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-2424, with the Rev. Karsten Snitker officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.

Visitation for friends and family will be 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
