Kay A. Mowery

Kay A. Mowery, 65, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at The Manor at Greendale, Findlay.

She was born Nov. 20, 1958, in Tiffin, to Carl and Roseanne (Luman) Factor Sr. She married Thomas Mowery on July 5, 1997.

Kay's survivors include her husband, Thomas Mowery of Tiffin; daughter, Amanda Mowery and fiancé Quinton Andraes of Tiffin; brother, Carl Factor Jr. of Tiffin; and sister, Dionne Mizen of Tiffin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kay attended Tiffin Columbian High School and worked at Work Connection in Tiffin for over 30 years. She was active in her daughter's 4-H Club and was a lover of all animals, especially her cats and dog, Cora. She was a fan of Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns and an Ohio State University football fan. Kay enjoyed weekends at Lake Erie and the Islands, spending time with friends at the AmVets and American Legion, and going to dog shows with her daughter as well.

Kay's celebration of life will be 2-5 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2024, at American Legion Post #169, 280 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice Care.
