Leah Cutchall Obituary
Leah J. Cutchall, 72, of Sycamore, died at 1:55 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born Sept. 13, 1951, in Findlay, to Robert and Adefern (Laney) Yingling. They are both deceased. She married Daniel L. Cutchall on May 9, 1975, and he died July 12, 2022.
Leah is survived by his children, Kenneth Eddington of rural Sycamore, Angela (Gerald) Raypole of rural Sycamore, and Amy (Thomas) Phillips of rural Sycamore; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Dennis (Karen) Yingling of Findlay.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Heather Raypole; sister, Lana Egbert; and two brothers, Ray and Richard Yingling.
Leah was a LPN, having worked at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab for 30 years. Leah was a 1969 graduate of Carey High School and member of Our Masters Chapel, Benton. For hobbies, she loved doing all kinds of crafts, sewing, playing bingo, and in earlier years, going to casinos. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and attending all their school and sporting events. Leah truly loved spending time with the love of her life, her husband, Dan.
Leah's funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. James Stauffer officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the activity fund of Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehab or No One Fights Alone in care of Walton-Moore Funeral Home, P.O. Box 350, Sycamore, Ohio, 44882.
