Michele Murphy Obituary
Michele E. Murphy, 58, of Tiffin, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Mercy Health - Tiffin Hospital after a tough fight with cancer with her family by her side.
She was born Jan. 5, 1965, to Michael and Catherine "Katy" (Fredritz) Chapman.
Michele's survivors include her mother, Catherine "Katy" Shaw of Tiffin; stepmother, Carol Chapman of Fostoria; sons, Matthew (Claire) Murphy of Perrysburg and Michael (Meghen) Murphy of London; daughters, Catherine Murphy and Jennifer (Darian Brock) Murphy, both of Tiffin; three grandchildren, Brielle Council, Lillian Murphy, and Raelyn Brock; and grandcat, Jaxton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Chapman; stepfather, John Shaw; and brother, Harold Rowlett.
Michele worked at American Fine Sinter for the last 15 years. She was a caretaker for her mom and anyone who needed help. Michele enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping for the best deals. She loved seafood and her animals, especially her cats, Prince and Ginny.
Michele's funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio, 44883, (419) 447-2424, with the Rev. Timothy Kummerer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Seneca County.

I still try to go to the cemetery as often as I can and take flowers at least every other week. I've always loved Michelle and I always will and I do miss her deeply.
